LionCash loans are not limited your profession, income, or any other conditions. As long as you are 20-60 years old and have a fixed income and phone number, you can apply for an LionCash loan.

Simply follow the instructions and answer all the questions as asked. Make sure to provide your authentic information.

We promise that we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.

Fill in personal data, work information, emergency contact, identity authentication and then review.

Currently during this pilot period the loan limit is ₦ 1500-2500 only. However once we go live the limit will be up to ₦ 200K.

You have two ways to repay your LionCash loan.
Repay via bank card:
1. Enter the bill details, select the bank card payment method, confirm that all the details are correct, and click [Repay Now];
2. Enter your bank card password;
3. Enter the OTP sent to your phone to complete the repayment;
Repay via offline transfer:
1. Enter bill details, select offline transfer method, repayment amount and receiving account;
2. Complete the repayment by bank / online transfer to this account;

You will receive a message on your phone two days before the due date reminding you to repay the loan. You can repay the loan by entering your bank card in the APP or offline transfer. Early loan repayment is accepted.

Yes, you can, through your bank card payment or offline transfer to repay the loan on behalf of others.

After verifying your payment, excess amount will be reversed to your Bank account within 7 days.

Any late loan repayment automatically incurs a late fee of 2% per day. Therefore, please ensure that your loan is not overdue. Moreover, it may affect your credit score to get a loan in the future. Your overdue records will be reported to the credit bureau if your loan is overdue for more than 30 days.

You can go to Google Play, search for “LionCash” then click “Update”.

You can go to log-in page and select forget password.

MY ACCOUNT

Once you’ve installed the LionCash App, kindly follow these steps:

    1. Open the App, read the terms and Conditions then Click “Continue” to accept.
    2. Click “Access” to give the needed permissions.
    3. Enter Your M-PESA phone number and Press “Code” to receive a verification code.
    4. Set password of your choice that you can remember.
    5. Click “Authorization” to enter your personal information and alternative contact information.
    6. Copy the Email (Cash@lioncash.co.ke) and dial the code (*234*5*1*3#) then share 6 month’s statement to the given email.
    7. Wait for an SMS from Safaricom confirming that your statement has been sent to our email
    8. Choose your loan amount and term on the sliders
    9. Click on “Apply for loan” then read and tick terms and conditions before submitting the application.

We only allow you to Change the Password but not the Personal Information that has been already submitted to us. In case you need toaccess or update the data submitted, write to LionCash via Email support@lioncash.co

In case you forgot your PIN Number and are not logged in,
kindly follow these steps:
  1. Start the application,
  2. Click on “log in”,
  3. Click on “Forgot Password?”, enter phone number, click “Code” to get verification code.
  4. Create New Password, confirm and then proceed to “Log in”.
If the app crashes when you open, try the following measures,
  1. Go to setting, then Storage and Clear the Cache. Or,
  2. Go to settings – Apps -Find Lion Cash App-Clear Cache.
If that fails, uninstall and install the app again.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To apply for a LionCash Loan you need a Valid Safaricom Sim card, the ID used to register the Sim card and Valid names as they appear on the ID.

LionCash uses state-of-the-art encryption techniques to makesure your data is always 100% secure. Your data is never shared with or sold tothird parties, unless for specific reasons like reporting to authorized CreditBureaus. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more details.

This means you are not qualified for a loan offer at that time. You need to keep the app installed and try after few days.What does Loan Processing mean?Loan processing means you have already applied for a loan that is under review. Once approved, the money is sent directly to your MPESA.

After your registration and identity verification, you will not need to share any additional information in your subsequent loans. You will only need to log in and apply for a new loan based on your qualification.

Your loan limit increase is determined through an automated process that considers your repayment history and the other data collected from your device.

LOAN OFFERS

You can borrow a minimum of Ksh.500 to a maximum of Ksh. 70,000

Yes! You can get multiple loans at the same as long as you don’t exceed the maximum determined credit limit for you.
The fastest way to receive higher amounts is to build credit with a positive repayment history with LionCash, easily achieved with successive timely repaid loans.

The available additional loan amount is displayed on the“Homepage” while the borrowed amount is displayed on the “Bill” page.

The top up loans are created as independent and their repayment dates are different depending on the date borrowed.

The loan amount is shown on the app, once you open the screen shown as “Bill”.

REPAYMENT

A.  You can do online repayment directly from the App by clicking “Repay” button, This is followed by STK push that you need only to enter you MPESA Pin Number to complete the payment.
 
B.     You can also do offline repayment
You can go directly to your Lipa Na MPESA, enter Pay bill 309517,
Enter your Phone number as the account number,
Enter amount to pay and the MPESA Pin.
 
After payment, wait for a Message confirmation from both
Grola Tech Limited and M-PESA.
We have different loan repayment terms up to 365 days. Keep good repayment record to enjoy more flexible loan terms and interest rates as low 16% Per annum.
Late payment of your loan will attract penalties based on the number of days you have defaulted.
